Revolutionize The Way You Eat With Innit App #EatInnit

18 Jan

Those of you who follow my blog and social know I love cooking. I love shopping, preparing and creating meals for family and friends.  I have an enormous collection of recipe books and sometimes I just come up with recipes off the top of my noggin. I prefer my meals to be done between 30 minutes and an hour or even less than that depending what I’m cooking. If I’m slow cooking it doesn’t matter because I can start the night before or that morning at it’s ready when everyone gets home.

I also love tutorials and step by step videos which I usually go on you tube, Facebook or food websites.

I was excited to discover Innit—an eating technology company whose new app facilitates everyday cooking. It does this by connecting all the steps you take to get a meal on the table (something that’s never been done before).

When you open the Innit app, it asks you about your dietary preferences, your allergies, likes and dislikes—then, it suggests personalized meals for your entire family. So, it gives you an entire meal rather than just a one recipe. It auto-creates grocery lists to make shopping super easy, and when you’re ready to cook, it’s got you covered with easy, how-to videos. It even sequences all the instructions to make sure all parts of your meal are done at once!

I was surprised with just how convenient Innit made everything—You can get dinner on the table in 30 minutes every night for a week!

Here’s how Innit is making healthy, everyday cooking easier in 2018:

>> PERSONALIZED MEALS FOR YOUR GOALS
Innit recommends healthy and personalized meals based on your food preferences. Going paleo? Innit has got you covered. Vegan? Delicious recipes await. Love the sound of a Steak and Kale salad but avoiding red meat? Swap out the steak for Salmon and the meal instructions and how-to videos will update seamlessly.

>> HEALTHY MEAL PLANNING, PLANNED
Meal planning is one of the best ways to eat healthy and avoid succumbing to cravings, but it takes time! Innit can do the planning for you, offering you personalized shopping lists, instructions, and step-by-step guides that save you precious time and energy and keep you on track with your goals.
>> CONNECTED APPLIANCES MAKE YOUR KITCHEN SMARTER
Innit connects with GE Appliances and BSH Home Connect technology to turn your smart oven on and off at the appropriate time, sending custom instructions to ensure optimal cooking and notify you when your meal is ready! That means less time in the kitchen, and more time to spend on your other goals, like working out, reading more, or taking more relaxing bubble baths.

Home cooks can download the IOS and Android app for free at http://www.innit.com, which features meal planning, cooking instructions, and smart shopping lists for healthy meals such as Broccoli Quinoa Bowl, Sesame Nori Mushroom Bowl, and Steak Kale Salad.

I already found amazing recipes I can’t wait to try like the Penne Chili Garlic with Salmom, Broccoli and Capers, Guacamole Turkey Wrap with Chili Lime Jicama and Penne Pesto with Broccoli and Capers. How delicious and healthy do those sound?

I encourage you to give this easy app a try. I love the videos and step by step instructions actually showing how the food is prepared. Once I get my ingredients for the above recipes I will post pictures on my social media. Make sure you’re following me and follow Innit too:
